Concern for Missing Silver Spring Man (Located)

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing man from the Silver Spring area.

Tuan Hoang, age 51, of Paula Drive, was last seen yesterday, May 29, at approximately 9:30 a.m., when he left his residence to go to the 7-Eleven located at 9254 New Hampshire Avenue.  Hoang has a routine of walking to the 7-Eleven in the morning and returning to his residence in the afternoon.

Hoang is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, and a red flannel shirt.

Detectives Investigate Fatal Collision Involving Motorcycle in Bethesda

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police -Collision Reconstruction Unit (CRU) are investigating a serious collision involving a motorcyclist that occurred last night in Bethesda.

On Thursday, May 28, at approximately 10:08 p.m., 2nd District officers and Fire and Rescue personnel responded to River Road (MD 190) at  Burdette Road for the report of a collision involving a motorcycle and vehicle.

Preliminary investigation has revealed that the operator of a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle was traveling west on River Road.  The driver of a 2014 Toyota RAV4 was traveling east on River Road and was attempting to make a left turn onto Burdette Road when the vehicle and motorcycle collided.

The motorcyclist, identified as Scott Emerson Hess, age 32, of Goldsboro Road in Bethesda, was declared deceased at the scene.  The driver of the vehicle, identified as Mohammad Mansour Rouhanian, age 60, of Clarksburg Square Road in Clarksburg, was not injured in the collision.

Concern for Man Missing from Rockville (LOCATED)

Update: May 29, 2020 – Armand Tiemdjo has been located safe and unharmed. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man missing from the Rockville area.

Armand Tiemdjo, age 36, of Hyattsville, Maryland, was last seen on Sunday, May 24, in the area of the 300 block of Derwood Circle in Rockville.  Since that time, family and friends have been unable to contact him.

Tiemdjo is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing blue sweatpants, a gray jacket, and yellow and black sneakers.  He may be driving his 2018 Nissan Altima with Florida tags: IS48GJ.

Detectives Investigate Residential Burglary in Gaithersburg; Home Surveillance Video of Suspects Released

Five suspects in Gaithersburg residential burglary

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 6th District continue to investigate a May 23 residential burglary that occurred in the 18900 block of Impulse Lane in Gaithersburg.  Today, investigators are releasing home video surveillance of the five male suspects and are asking for the public’s help in identifying them.

The investigation by detectives revealed that at approximately 7:30  p.m. on Saturday, May 23, home surveillance video captured the suspects entering the residence on Impulse Lane while the homeowners were away. The suspects stole property and fled.

(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Olney Juvenile

Update: June 12, 2020 – Deon-Dren Zanders has been located safe and unharmed.

The Montgomery County Department of Police- Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Olney juvenile.

Deon-Dren Zanders, age 15, of Golden Spring Court, was last seen on May 26 at approximately 7:00 p.m. at her residence.

Zanders is described as approximately 5’ 2” tall, 125 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

Her family believes she may be with friends in Washington, D.C.

Family and police are concerned for Zanders’ welfare.  Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24 hours).
