The Public Information Office Staff

The Public Information Office is the primary provider of information to the news media. The office is responsible for relaying accurate and timely information to the news media and to the community and for coordinating requests between the media and unit commanders.

Public Information personnel have been designated by the Chief of Police as official spokespersons for the department and are responsible for discussing departmental policy and promoting public knowledge of our varied and innovative programs.  Public information personnel also maintain the department’s Facebook page, Twitter account, YouTube page, and this website.
