Tabot Ndortabi Tarh

Detectives from the 1st District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Rockville Woman.

Tabot Ndortabi Tarh, 33 years old, was last seen by family members in the early morning hours on June 28 at her residence on First Street in Rockville.  She is described as an African American female, 5′ 3″ tall, and weighing 130 pounds.  She has brown eyes and dark brown, shoulder length hair that she may wear in a bun.  Tarh was last known to be wearing a white scarf and a long, dark blue dress.

Police and family are concerned for Tarh’s emotional and physical welfare.  Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Tabot Ndortabi Tarh is urged to contact police at 301.279.8000.

Concern for Missing Teenager from Chevy Chase

Update: July 9, 2018 – Grayson Loudermilk has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a male teenager missing from Chevy Chase.

Grayson Loudermilk, age 17, of the 3500 block of Woodbine Street was last seen at his residence at approximately 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 30.  Loudermilk is described as a white male, 5’ 10” tall and weighing 160 pounds.  He has short blonde hair and blue eyes. Loudermilk was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with “Riverside Lacrosse” written on the front, peach colored shorts, and tan shoes.

Police and family are concerned for Loudermilk’s welfare.

Concern for Missing Germantown Man

Update: July 5, 2018 – Chein Ngo Chaing has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department -5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 53-year old Germantown man.

Chein Ngo Chaing, left his residence located in the 13400 block of Fountain Club Drive at approximately 11:00 a.m. on July 2.  He is described as an Asian male, approximately 5’10” tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds.  He has black hair, brown eyes, a mustache and goatee.  Chaing was last seen wearing a blue shirt, light blue jeans, and red and gray shoes.

Chaing is without his medication and police and family are concerned for his welfare.  Anyone with information regarding Chaing’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Montgomery County Police at 301-279-8000.

Concern for Missing Juvenile from Wheaton Area

Update: 6/28/18 – Melvin Amaya has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a male juvenile missing from the Wheaton area.

Melvin Gabriel Amaya, age 16, of the 2300 block of Blueridge Avenue, has been reported missing by his family.  Amaya is described as a Hispanic male, 5’06” tall and weighing 145 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes. Amaya was last seen wearing gray pants with an orange long-sleeved shirt.

Police and family are concerned for Amaya’s welfare.

Concern for Missing Juvenile from Aspen Hill Area

Update: July 10, 2018 at 9:05 a.m. -Alyssa Faith Oxendine has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department -Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Aspen Hill area juvenile.

Alyssa Faith Oxendine, age 14, of the 14100 block of Grand Pre Road, has been reported missing by her family.  Oxendine is described as a white female, 5’03” tall and weighing 160 pounds. She has light brown hair and hazel eyes. Oxendine was last seen wearing a white shirt, gray sweatpants, and black Van shoes.  Oxendine has been in communication with family members via social media, but will not confirm her whereabouts.

Police and family are concerned for Oxendine’s welfare. Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Alyssa Faith Oxendine is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigations Division at 240-773-5400 or the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24 hours).
