Concern for Missing Silver Spring Man

Update: February 5, 2019 – Michael Antonio Kranwinkel was located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking the public for help in locating a missing Takoma Park man.

Michael Antonio Kranwinkel, age 23, was last seen by family friends in Hyattsville on February 4, 2019, at approximately 8:00 a.m.  Family members have been unable to contact him since that time.

Kranwinkel is described as a Hispanic male, 6’ 1” tall and weighing 180 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes.  Kranwinkel was last seen wearing a black coat, gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, gray Adidas brand athletic shoes and carrying a blue and black backpack.

Police and family members are concerned about Kranwinkel’s welfare.

Update: Missing Germantown Man’s Vehicle Located Unoccupied in Delaware; Additional Photograph Released

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Missing Persons Unit continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding missing Germantown man, Osogho Odu.  

Osogho I. Odu, age 66, of the 18200 block of Swiss Circle, last contacted family members by telephone at approximately 1:10 p.m. on Thursday, January 24.  At that time, detectives believed that Odu was driving his gray, 2017 Hyundai Tucson with Maryland tags: ICT5531.

On January 25, Odu’s vehicle was located unoccupied by a law enforcement agency in Delaware near the Reedy Point Bridge of the Fort DuPont State Park in Delaware City, Delaware. Investigators have not located Odu.

Odu is described as an African American male, 5’07” tall and weighing 170 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes.

Police and family are concerned for Odu’s welfare.

Concern for Missing Rockville Woman (LOCATED)

UPDATE:  11:30 p.m. – Teresa Hardrick has been located safe and sound.  Thank you for your vigilance!

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Rockville woman.

Teresa Yvonne Hardrick, age 75, is missing from the 1200 block of W. Montgomery Avenue in Rockville, but was last seen in the area of 10134 River Road in Potomac.  Hardrick suffers from dementia.

Hardrick is described as a black female, 5’05” in height, weighing 120 pounds.  She is operating a 2003 black, Mercedes Benz C320 with Maryland tags of 8CC0007.

Police and family are concerned for Hardrick’s welfare.

Update: February 1, 2019 – Courtney Madison Lynch has been located safe and unharmed.


Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Germantown woman.

Courtney Madison Lynch, age 18, was last seen by family on January 25 when she left her Waters Road home on foot.

Lynch is described as an African American female, 5’06” tall and weighing 120 pounds.  She has long black hair and brown eyes.  Lynch was last seen wearing a burnt orange hooded sweatshirt and grey camouflage Crocs.

Police and family are concerned for Lynch’s physical and emotional welfare.

Concern for Missing Silver Spring Man

Update: January 31, 2019 – Dave Isaac Song has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are asking the public for help in locating a missing Silver Spring man.

Dave Isaac Song, age 32, of the 10900 block of Georgia Avenue, has been reported as missing by family members.  Song is described as an adult black male, 5’7″ in height, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with short black hair, and brown eyes. Song was wearing a black coat with black jeans.

Song was last seen leaving his residence in Silver Spring on January 30, at approximately 9:45 p.m.  Song is driving a 2012 black Porsche Panamera with Maryland tag 3CZ8300.  At the time, Song was upset about a recent relationship difficulty.

Police and family are concerned for Song’s welfare.
