Concern for Missing Pennsylvania Woman Last Seen in North Bethesda

Update: November 30, 2017 – Ashya Symone McKay has been located safe and unharmed. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Pennsylvania woman who was last seen in the North Bethesda area.

Ashya Symone McKay, age 23, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania was last seen by a friend at approximately 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29 at a Rock Forest Drive residence.  Mckay left that residence driving her silver 2011 Chevrolet Cruz with Pennsylvania tags: JPA 5752.  Family and friends have been unable to contact her since that time.

McKay is described as an African American female, approximately 5’ 6” tall and weighs 180 pounds.  She has black hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a brown sweater, black and white leggings, and green and black Nike tennis shoes.

Police and family are concerned for McKay’s physical and emotional welfare.

Detectives are asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ashya Symone McKay to call the Montgomery County Police Department’s non-emergency number at 301-279-8000.

Concern for a Missing Rockville Juvenile

Shakera Dyson

UPDATE: December 1, 2017 – Shakera Dyson has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Rockville juvenile.

Shakera Dyson, age 15, of the 13000 block of Twinbrook Parkway, was last seen leaving her residence at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29. Shakera Dyson is described as an African American female, approximately 5’ 02” tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black sweatpants, and black Uggs. Family members believe Shakera Dyson may be in the White Oak area of Silver Spring.

Police and family are concerned for Shakera Dyson’s emotional and physical welfare.

Concern for Missing Laytonsville Man

UPDATE (11/29/17) : Aaron Kimber has been located deceased. There is no indication of foul play in his death.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Fifth District are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Laytonsville man.

Aaron Kimber, age 41, of Laytonsville Road, was last seen by a family member on the afternoon of Friday, November 24, at an appointment in Howard County.  Kimber’s vehicle has been located parked and unoccupied in the area of Davis Mill Road and Huntmaster Road in Germantown.

Kimber is described as a white male, approximately 5’07” tall, and 145 pounds.  He has a shaved head.  He has green eyes and wears glasses.

Police and family are concerned for Kimber’s emotional and physical welfare. Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Aaron Kimber is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).

Silver Alert Issued for Missing Germantown Woman

UPDATE: 11/24/2017 at approximately 9:45 p.m. – Ms. Bosley has been located and is being reunited with family. The Silver Alert has been cancelled.

The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Germantown woman.  A Silver Alert has been activated for 85-year-old Ruth Marie Bosley of the 12300 block of Milestone Manor Lane.  Ms. Bosley is showing early signs of dementia.

Ms. Bosley left a hair salon located in the 4800 block of Boiling Brook Parkway in Rockville this morning at approximately 11:45 a.m in a black, 2008 Lincoln MKZ with Maryland tag: 7AE7050.

Ms. Bosley is described as a white female who is approximately 5’2″ tall, weighs approximately 160 pounds, and has blue eyes and reddish-blonde hair.    She wears glasses.  She was last seen wearing a white sweater and black trousers.

Anyone with information regarding Ruth Bosley’s whereabouts or anyone who sees her vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.

Silver Alert Issued for Missing Silver Spring Man

UPDATE: 11/25/17 at approximately 1:17 a.m. – Wilfred Lancelot Heyliger has been located and is being reunited with family. The Silver Alert has been cancelled.

The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Silver Spring man.  A Silver Alert has been activated for 69-year-old Wilfred Lancelot Heyliger, who goes by the name “Derek”, of the 10400 block of New Hampshire Avenue in Silver Spring.  Mr. Heyliger has dementia.

Mr. Heyliger left the Westfield Wheaton Mall located at 11160 Veirs Mill Road in Wheaton this afternoon at approximately 1:45 p.m in a silver, 2003 Toyota 4Runner with Maryland tag: 155M823.

Mr. Heyliger is described as an African American male who is approximately 6’0″ tall, weighs approximately 190 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair.  He was last seen wearing a navy blue Nike jumpsuit, black sneakers, and a Dallas Cowboys baseball hat.

Anyone with information regarding Wilfred “Derek” Heyliger’s whereabouts or anyone who sees his vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.
