(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Adelphi Area Man with Dementia

Donald Noland

Update: August 6, 2020 – Donald Noland has been located safe and unharmed. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 73-year-old man from the Adelphi area who has dementia.

Donald Noland was last seen by caretakers at approximately 6:30 p.m. this evening (Friday, July 31) when he walked out of his Daleview Drive residence.

Mr. Noland is approximately 5’ 11″ tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds.  He has brown eyes and black hair.  Mr. Noland was last seen wearing a black sweater and black pants.

(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Germantown Juvenile


Milan Arnold

Update: July 31, 2020, at 11:00 p.m. – Milan Arnold has been located safe and unharmed. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile female from Germantown.

Milan Arnold, age 11, was last seen by family at approximately 5:00 p.m. this evening (Friday, July 31) when she left her Wheatridge Drive home on foot.

Arnold is approximately 5-foot-tall and weighs approximately 75 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.  Arnold was last seen wearing a white sweater with pink and blue coloring.

Police and family are concerned for Arnold’s welfare.

(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Colesville Juvenile

Kayla Sanchez

Update: August 2, 2020 – Kayla Sanchez has been located safe and unharmed. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile female from Colesville.

Kayla Sanchez, age 12, was last seen by family at approximately 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30 when she left her Winterthur Court home on foot.

Sanchez is approximately 4’ 6” tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair with blonde tips.

Police and family are concerned for Sanchez’s welfare.

Detectives Investigate Burglary of Silver Spring Business

Detectives from the 3rd District are investigating the burglary of a Dunkin’ located in Silver Spring. Today, the Police Department is releasing video surveillance of the suspect and is asking anyone with information to come forward.

On July 12 at approximately 6:58 p.m., the suspect forced entry to the Dunkin’ located at 8401 Colesville Road via the front door.  The suspect stole electronics and food from the restaurant and placed the stolen items in white plastic bags.

Anyone with information about this burglary or suspect is asked to call the 3rd District Investigative Section at 240-773-6870.  Tipsters can also provide information by calling Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-8477 or by submitting a tip online. Crime Solvers may pay a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest in this case.

(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Silver Spring Area Woman

Rachel Mae Sandri

Update: July 31, 2020 – Rachel Mae Sandri has been located safe and unharmed. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Silver Spring area woman.

Rachel Mae Sandri, age 23, was last seen by family yesterday (Wednesday, July 29), when she left her Alton Parkway home driving her black 2013 Subaru Outback with Maryland tag: 5DG3765.  Family reported that Sandri may be traveling to the Chester, Virginia area.

Sandri is 5-foot-tall and weighs 120 pounds.  She has brown eyes and long black hair.  Sandri was last seen wearing a black sundress with white stripes.

Police and family are concerned for Sandri’s welfare.
