(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Aspen Hill Area Juvenile

Heyli Sales

Update: December 30, 2019, – Heyli Sales has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile female from the Aspen Hill area.

Heyli Sales, age 13, was last seen at approximately 8:00 yesterday evening (Friday, December 27), when she left her Kayson Street home on foot.

Heyli Sales is approximately 5’ 5” tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.

Police and family are concerned for her welfare.

(LOCATED) Silver Alert Issued for Missing Silver Spring Area Man

Alvin Brooks

Update: December 27, 2019, at 9:40 p.m. – Alvin Brooks has been located safe and unharmed.  The Silver Alert has been canceled. 

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Silver Spring area man.  A Silver Alert has been activated for 63-year-old Alvin Brooks.

Mr. Brooks was last seen at approximately 6:30 p.m. yesterday (Thursday, December 26) when he left his Ocala Street home driving his 2018 grey Lexus LS 600 with Maryland tags: 3DM9082.

Mr. Brooks is 6-foot-tall, weighs 280 pounds, and walks with a cane.  He was last seen wearing a Baltimore Ravens hoodie over a black vest, a United States Marine veteran baseball cap, blue jeans, and black shoes.

Anyone with information regarding Alvin Brooks’ whereabouts or anyone who sees his vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.

(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Travilah Area Man with Dementia

Robin Tang

Update: December 31, 2019, –  Robin Kangling Tang has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 1st District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 74-year-old man from the Travilah area who has dementia.

Robin Kangling Tang was last seen at approximately 7:08 p.m. on Monday, December 23, when he left his Grey Fox Lane home, possibly in a taxi.  Family has been unable to contact Mr. Tang and recently reported him as missing.

Mr. Tang is approximately 5’ 4″ tall and weighs approximately 159 pounds.  He has brown eyes and grey hair.  Mr. Tang uses a walking stick to assist with his mobility and was last seen wearing a black jacket and black pants.

(LOCATED) Concern for Missing North Bethesda Man

Kithinji Lee Kinoti

Update: January 15, 2019 – Kithinji Lee Kinoti has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing North Bethesda man.

Kithinji Lee Kinoti, age 32, of Strathmore Hall Street, has been reported as missing by his family.  He was last seen in the 100 block of Halpine Road in Rockville at approximately 12:50 p.m. on Sunday, December 22.

Kinoti’s is approximately 5’ 6” tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a black ball cap and a black hooded jacket.

Family and police are concerned for Kinoti’s physical and emotional welfare.

(LOCATED) Concern for Missing Germantown Man

Lamar Leander Hayes

Update: Lamar Leander Hayes has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Germantown man.

Lamar Leander Hayes, age 39, of Dairymaid Drive, last spoke with family on the telephone on Saturday, December 21.  Family has been unable to contact him since that time.

Hayes is approximately 5’ 6” tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, and tattoos on his hands and arms.  Hayes was last seen wearing a jean jacket over a white sweatshirt.

Family and police are concerned for Hayes’ welfare.
