Concern for Missing Germantown Juvenile (LOCATED)

UPDATE (August 1, 2019): Jeylen Duron has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Germantown juvenile.

Jeylen Duron, age 15, of the 19500 block of Frederick Road, was last seen by a family member at approximately 6:00 p.m. last night (Tuesday, July 30) in the area of Lakeforest Mall (701 Russell Avenue in Gaithersburg).

Duron is described as an Hispanic female, 5’07” tall and weighing 160 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.  She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, pink pants, and pink sneakers.

Police and family are concerned for Duron’s welfare.

Concern for Missing Layhill Area Juvenile (LOCATED)

UPDATE: September 10, 2019: Adriana Garcia has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Layhill area juvenile.

Adriana Garcia, age 15, of Coachlamp Court, was last seen by family at approximately 7:00 p.m. last night (Monday, July 29) when she left her home on foot.

Garcia is described as an Hispanic female, 5’04” tall and weighing 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and long black hair.  She was last seen wearing pink pants, a white t-shirt, black shoes and was carrying an unknown color bag.

Police and family are concerned for Garcia’s welfare.

Concern for Missing Adelphi Area Man (LOCATED)

Felipe Inocente Mendoza Tamayo

Update: July 31, 2019 – Felipe Inocente Mendoza Tamayo has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Adelphi area man.

Felipe Inocente Mendoza Tamayo, age 79, was last seen by friends on Monday, July 22, when he left his Beacon Road home on foot.  Friends have been unable to contact him since that time.

Mendoza Tamayo is described as a Hispanic male who is 5’ 5” tall and weighs 170 pounds.  He has black and grey hair, brown eyes, and wears glasses.

Police and friends are concerned for Mendoza Tamayo’s welfare.

Update: July 29, 2019 – Daiquan Demar Cook has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Germantown man.

Daiquan Demar Cook, age 25, was last seen around 8:00 p.m. this evening leaving his residence located in the 20700 blocks of Crystal Hill Circle in Germantown.

Cook is described as being a black male, age 25, standing 6’03”, and weighing approximately 190 pounds.  He has long dreadlocks and was last seen wearing a red University of Maryland t-shirt and black pants.

Police and family are concerned for Cook’s physical and emotional welfare.

Concern for Missing Wheaton Area Man with Dementia (LOCATED)

Update: July 30, 2019: Herbert Wilbanks has been located safe and unharmed.

The Montgomery County Department of Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Wheaton area man who has dementia.  

Herbert Wilbanks, age 70, of Selfridge Road, was last seen leaving Medstar Montgomery Medical Center located at 18101 Prince Philip Drive in Olney on July 24 at approximately 4:00 a.m.

Wilbanks is described as a black male who is approximately 5’8″ tall, weighs approximately 120 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information regarding Herbert Wilbanks’ whereabouts or anyone who sees him is asked to call the Montgomery County Department of Police at 301-279-8000.
