Concern for Missing Rockville Woman (LOCATED)

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Rockville woman.

Teresa Yvonne Hardrick, age 75, is missing from the 1200 block of W. Montgomery Avenue in Rockville, but was last seen in the area of 10134 River Road in Potomac.  Hardrick suffers from dementia.

Hardrick is described as a black female, 5’05” in height, weighing 120 pounds.  She is operating a 2003 black, Mercedes Benz C320 with Maryland tags of 8CC0007.

Police and family are concerned for Hardrick’s welfare.

Concern for Missing Germantown Woman

Update: February 1, 2019 – Courtney Madison Lynch has been located safe and unharmed.


Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Germantown woman.

Courtney Madison Lynch, age 18, was last seen by family on January 25 when she left her Waters Road home on foot.

Lynch is described as an African American female, 5’06” tall and weighing 120 pounds.  She has long black hair and brown eyes.  Lynch was last seen wearing a burnt orange hooded sweatshirt and grey camouflage Crocs.

Police and family are concerned for Lynch’s physical and emotional welfare.

Arrests Made in White Oak Double Homicide

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division have arrested Dontaye Jamahl Hunt, age 18, of Silver Spring, and Noah Foster Barnett, age 18, of Silver Spring, in connection to the January 28, homicides of Jordan Alexander Radway and Christian Deon Roberts.

On Monday, January 28, at approximately 8:37 p.m., the Emergency Communications Center (911) received a call for the report of a serious collision that had just occurred in the 11600 block of Stewart Lane.  The caller stated that a vehicle had struck multiple parked cars on Stewart Lane.  Responding officers located two adult males deceased inside the vehicle which had struck the parked cars.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the two men had suffered from gunshot wounds and were subsequently transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) for autopsy.  The victims have been identified as Jordan Alexander Radway, age 23, of Laurel, and Christian Deon Roberts, age 24, of Silver Spring.

On January 29, the OCME ruled the manner of death for both Radway and Roberts to be homicide and the cause of death to be multiple gunshot wounds.

Further investigation by detectives revealed that Barnett had contacted Radway on January 28, to arrange a marijuana deal between Radway and Hunt.  Radway agreed and subsequently contacted Roberts to obtain the marijuana.  Contact between Hunt and Radway was made.

Later in the evening on January 28, Hunt met with Radway and Roberts in the 11500 block of Stewart Lane around 8:27 p.m.  Minutes later, witnesses described hearing gun shots and observed a vehicle speeding away from the scene.  The call to the Emergency Communications Center occurred shortly thereafter.

On January 30, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Dontaye Jamahl Hunt charging him with two counts of 1st Degree Murder.  Later in the day, detectives located and arrested Hunt.

On January 31, detectives located and arrested Noah Foster Barnett who was charged with Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana.

Detectives Investigate Rockville Bank Robbery; Surveillance Photographs of Suspect Released

Suspect who robbed a SunTrust Bank in Rockville

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division continue to investigate the January 27 robbery of a SunTrust Bank in Rockville.  Today, detectives are releasing surveillance photographs of the suspect and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.

On Sunday, January 27, at approximately 4:05 p.m., 1st District officers responded to the SunTrust Bank located inside the Safeway grocery store at 14939 Shady Grove Road for the report of a robbery.  The investigation by detectives revealed that the suspect approached a teller and passed a note demanding cash.   The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and fled from the bank.

Suspect who robbed a SunTrust Bank in Rockville

Concern for Missing Silver Spring Man

Update: January 31, 2019 – Dave Isaac Song has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are asking the public for help in locating a missing Silver Spring man.

Dave Isaac Song, age 32, of the 10900 block of Georgia Avenue, has been reported as missing by family members.  Song is described as an adult black male, 5’7″ in height, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with short black hair, and brown eyes. Song was wearing a black coat with black jeans.

Song was last seen leaving his residence in Silver Spring on January 30, at approximately 9:45 p.m.  Song is driving a 2012 black Porsche Panamera with Maryland tag 3CZ8300.  At the time, Song was upset about a recent relationship difficulty.

Police and family are concerned for Song’s welfare.
