Update July 21: Ms. Flammer was found safe and unharmed and reunited with family. Police and family thank all those who assisted in publicizing this missing person case.

Detectives from the 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 78-year-old woman who is in the early stages of Dementia.

Willie Mae Flammer, of the 1100 block of Ripley Street in Silver Spring was last seen yesterday, at approximately 9:00 a.m. when she left her home.

Willie Mae Flammer is described as a white female, approximately 5’0” tall, and weighing 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black wig and has violet colored contact lenses.  She was last seen wearing a pink cowboy hat and a white tank top.  Ripley is known to frequent the Central Business District of the Silver Spring area.

Anyone with any information regarding Ms. Flammer’s whereabouts is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Department immediately at 301-279-8000.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 2nd District Investigative Section continue to investigate a commercial burglary that occurred at the Reliance Funding office in Bethesda.  Today, detectives are releasing surveillance video of the suspect and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.

On Thursday, July 7, 2nd District officers responded to the Reliance Funding office located at 6900 Wisconsin Avenue for a burglary that had just been discovered by an employee.  The investigation determined the suspect entered the building when a cleaning crew member opened the front door for him.  Once inside the building, the suspect had access to the individual offices and investigators are working to determine what property was stolen.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 1st District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to identify two suspects who committed an armed robbery in the apartment parking lot located in the 12300 block of Braxfield Court in Rockville.

On Tuesday, June 21 at approximately 3:25 p.m., the adult male victim was walking through the parking lot on Braxfield Court when he was approached by two male suspects.  One suspect displayed a handgun while the other suspect displayed a knife. The two suspects knocked the victim to the ground and stole property from him.

Today, detectives are releasing surveillance photographs of the two suspects and are asking anyone with information regarding the suspects or the robbery to call the 1st District Investigative Section at 240-773-6084. Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Major Crimes Division continue to investigate an armed robbery of a 7-Eleven convenience store in Germantown.  Today, investigators are releasing a surveillance video of the suspect and are asking for the public’s help to identify him.

On Tuesday, July 19 at approximately 3:32 a.m., 5th District officers responded for the report of an armed robbery at the 7-Eleven convenience store located at 18701 Liberty Mill Road.

The investigation revealed that an adult male employee was inside the 7-Eleven near the store’s office when the male suspect entered the store armed with a handgun.  The suspect pointed the handgun at the employee and then motioned with the gun towards the cash register.  The suspect stole an undisclosed amount of cash and fled out the front of the store.

The suspect is described as unknown race male in his mid-20s, approximately 5′ 11 tall with a medium build.  He was wearing a white “Anonymous” style mask and all dark clothing.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police – 5th District Investigative Section continue to investigate a peeping tom offense that involved a suspect taking photographs underneath an adult female’s dress while she shopped inside a department store in Germantown.

On Wednesday, June 15 at approximately 1:12 p.m., the victim was shopping at the T.J. Maxx department store located at 20906 Frederick Road in Germantown when she noticed the suspect using a cell phone to take pictures underneath her dress.  The victim confronted the suspect and he fled out of the store.  Officers obtained surveillance photographs of the suspect in the T.J. Maxx and are asking for the public’s help to identify him.
